The Panthers new owner made his first roster move this week. He signed HB Spenser Ware to a 1 year deal. The owner wasn't pleased with the running attack in the last game. Ware will probably step into the starter role while Jonathan Stewart is out with an injury. Depending on how Ware plays, it could turn into a good 1-2 punch for the Panthers when Stewart returns.

The Panthers picked up WR T.J Jones yesterday. With the injury to Ginn and having Philly Brown already out, the Panthers were down to only 3 receivers. Jones will add some depth to the depleted receiver corp. Hopefully Jones can step in and produce on offense and special teams for the Panthers.
