Pastapadre has some new info up about what to expect from Madden 25 Next Gen and the new Coach Glass feature for the Xbox One.
Admittedly, the coach glass function looks very cool. If it works as advertised (let's be honest, who feels confident in that?) it could be a revolutionary new tool that changes the way that we all play Madden. If it doesn't, well then its just another in a long line of missteps by EA.
Considering that it appears Next Gen Madden is just a port from current gen, the Coach Glass is really the only thing to get excited about. However, being that it is only on Xbox One, a large portion of the Madden consumer base will just be getting a slightly updated (and possibly more buggy) version of what they already have.
I'm not a game developer or the CEO of a multi-million dollar corporation. If I was, though, it may concern me as to the missed opportunities that are left on the doorstep by the production teams of these games.
