This is a strategy that I use occasionally to throw off my opponents and it works pretty well. Giving a man look but have mostly zone coverage can really confuse the offense. The one thing I didn't realize how to do was spread the zones like he does in the video. Its not the most exciting video out there, but I think it offers a little something to help guys defend the pass.
