1. If you can even host stream based on rules.
2. Ping.
3. Up speed.
4. Down speed.

These are not ranked individuals in each section. Someone at the bottom of the list in Recommend Hosts can have a better connection than someone in the same section. They're just listed by how recent they were added to the list.

He has 19 download. 24 upload. DSP had him on his list that he made for Madden 16 and the ones that were already on the list I just copied where he had them. I can move him down to the second group.
