Definition of Roles

Chairman: The Chairman oversees all league activity. They are responsible for appointing and assigning duties to league officers as well as accepting members into or dismissing members from the league. The Chairman is responsible for the overall structure of the league and will have final say over any significant league decisions.

Co-Commissioners: The co-Commissioners will oversee the day-to-day operation of the league. They are responsible for creating the league in game, sending out invites, adjusting sliders (if needed), advancing the league at designated times, ensuring games are scheduled and played as arranged times and making sure all league rules and guidelines are being followed. The co-Commissioners should be the first point of contact for any questions, comments or concerns about the league.

League Presidents: The League Presidents will assist the co-Commissioners in making league related decisions. They are also responsible for making sure games in their league get scheduled and played and will help to monitor gameplay within their leagues. League Presidents are the next point of contact should the co-Commissioners not be available.

Trade Committee: The Trade Committee will be responsible for approving all league related trades. They will also be responsible for making sure league transaction rules are being followed (trades, waivers and free agent signings). When submitting a trade pursuant to the League Guidelines, you must send a single PM and include each member of the Trade Committee in it. The Committee will then vote to approve or deny the trade. All decisions made by the Trade Committee are final. The co-Commissioners and league Chariman are not able to override any decisions made by the Trade Committee.

Submitting Questions, Comments or Complaints

In the event that you have a complaint, question or comments about the league (or league member), you should submit that to the co-Commissioners via PM. The co-Commissioners will then take appropriate action up to and including involving the league Chairman. The League Presidents can provide guidance but should not be go to points for league communication (that should go to the co-Commissioners). Please keep in mind when submitting a PM or asking questions on the forum that each of these users have lives outside of the league and may not be able to respond/address your question or concern immediately. Please be patient in receiving a response.

League Emergencies

In the event of a league emergency, you should submit a PM and include the co-Commissioners and league Chariman.

A league emergency is defined as a situation that poses an immediate threat to the league or that requires immediate action. Those situations may include (the league crashing in game, the league file being corrupted (preventing users from playing), the forum crashing or Twitch being unavailable to stream games. Any other situation is likely not an "emergency." Please use your best judgement when deciding how to address league issues.
