I use this occasionally to generate a pass rush manually wit a lineman. The problem is, you don't always engage the OT or initiate a move and simply just run inside and by the OT. Its not a guarantee all of the time but can be kind of cheesy. Its an effective move but should probably be limited, especially in sim leagues.
