Download
Click "PS3.zip"
Select your zip manager (ie WinZip, 7-Zip, etc)
Click "OK"
Click the PS3 folder
Click "Extract" (it is recommended you extract the file to an easy to find location ie. desktop)
Install
Insert a USB/Flash Drive into your PC
Click "Open folder to view files"
Drag and drop the PS3 folder you just downloaded onto the USB/Flash Drive
*Safely Remove the USB/Flash Drive*
Plug the USB/Flash drive into your PS3
Turn on the PS3
Scroll to Game > Save Data Utility (PS3)
Select "USB Device"
Hit triangle
and select "Copy"
Now you can load the roster from your game.
*Safely Remove Hardware*
In your System Tray (bar at bottom of your screen) select the "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" icon
or
Click "Eject" next to your device's name
Not doing this could lead to a corrupted file.
