We need to know the chiefs current cap penalty, and how much of a penalty Webb is. Cap hit and penalty are different. go look at my post on Browns and packers. that's how it should be set up. and for us to see this quicker, tag the trade committee in it as well.

Why us SEA taking a cap penalty for trading a draft pick? Is that they teams current cap penalty? And aren't the chiefs over the max cap penalty?
