I mean the swapping picks seems strange instead of just having the team receiving the better QB trade a lower pick. But if this is all that can be done I guess I'll say yes to this.

This is for clarification because they originally started the trade in a message to the committee only.............................

Originally the trade was Clev 78 QB for AZ 76 QB and a 3rd. A couple of us thought that a 3rd seemed too much to gain 2 OVR and quick dev so Clev threw the 5th in to help.
