I loved this book. Has a ton of great insight on strategy building a team along with just interesting tidbits from his life in the NFL.

O man this thread is gold! So in high school I read these interesting works of fiction by a man named Tex Maule. All of his books highlight a fake player on a fake version of the Los Angeles Rams. Very exciting stuff.. Fun quick little novels.. I have to find these books again

I just bought this one digitally and started it the other day. He has a follow up as well. His site, smartfootball.com, got me started on all of my football strategy knowledge.
