Rationale: while the stadium isn't necessarily ancient, it has been around for awhile and is quickly deteriorating and the infrastructure is falling apart. Rather than renovating, falconsroach wishes to rebuild the stadium to fit his vision of the team. Already solid on funds, the Falcons don't have any major free agent signings outside of Desmond Trufant (who was just resigned), so funds should rise, or remain at a relative constant in the worst case scenario. Most importantly, the fans are clamoring for a new environment to cheer on their NFL team
