The Minnesota Vikings have announced plans to build a new stadium to replace Mall of America Field (formerly known as the Metrodome). The Vikings are currently playing on the campus of the University of Minnesota at TCF Bank Stadium. The Vikings' short-term lease with the U of M expires after this season so they need to get a new stadium underway quickly pending league approval. Details of the projected stadium are not known at this time but thoughts are that the Vikings will stay with an outdoor stadium after a successful season at TCF.

Well, I'm not moving the Vikings lol and I've heard moving has financial issues making it hard to make money. Rebuilding or renovating is the way to go
